The following represent our Terms and Conditions for using this website and by accessing the website and/or placing an order with us you agree to be bound them. These Terms and Conditions apply every time you access the website or place an order with us and if, for some reason, you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use or access this website

NOTE: All pictures and descriptions are for guidance purposes only.

UK DELIVERY CHARGES

1. All packages will be sent either by UPS or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will arrive within 2-3 working days.
2. We do not store or share credit or debit card details nor do we share customers details with any third parties
3. Any order above £75 is delivered free. Any order between £25 and £75 will incur a small delivery charge of £3.99. Any order below £25 will incur a postage charge of £2.25.
4. If you need delivery on Saturdays you need to ring 01509 213443 to arrange this (a surcharge will apply).
5. Delivery will not be possible on Sundays or Bank Holidays
6. To obtain a price for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands, please either:

1. EITHER by secure ‘on-line’ with payment by PayPal, credit or debit card. Our site uses the latest encryption technology, allowing you to use your cards with confidence……..OR

PAYMENT FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS

1. Please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the address for your credit card.
2. We reserve the right to reject certain credit card payments, and may ask for money transfers or sterling drafts.

4. There will be a delivery charge applied to all overseas deliveries. This charge will vary depending upon the weight of the package. To obtain a price for deliveries to Europe, please either:

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE GOODS RECEIVED:

Incomplete orders or items missing from order on receipt of order OR goods damaged in transit… We MUST be notified within 3 working days of any discrepancy between goods received and any documentation. Any problems cannot be resolved after this period.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY / CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are not happy with the products received , within 7 working days of receiving the goods , simply return the items AS NEW & UNUSED to our Loughborough address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods.

Refunds (excluding postage) will be given within 30 days of cancellation. We will only refund the postage back to you if WE have made a mistake, e.g. sent out the incorrect size etc.

Returning Faulty Items: Please ensure that you inform us of any damage to goods at the time of receiving them as soon as possible to avoid any delays in receiving a replacement or refund. It is the customers responsibilty to send faulty items back using a safe and secure method.

For large items we can arrange an uplift which we will charge at cost. (Quality Strings accept no responsibilty for the postage back for faulty items.)

Exchanges: Please state clearly the PRODUCT CODE, NAME, AND SIZE of any exchange items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. You must also take reasonable care of the goods.If you need replacement items, we will have to charge you postage for these (even if the original order may have been postage free)

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your credit card details are being used by only you. This may occasionally delay the dispatch of your items for any of the following reasons.

1. Your order is being delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit card.
2. Your card details are not available for address verification from the Bank (usually cards registered overseas)
3. Your card details have failed the address verification from the Bank.
4. The security number on the reverse of the card has been entered incorrectly.
5. The order is for delivery overseas.
6. Higher value orders are more likely to be checked more thoroughly.

In the event of your order being held for any of the reasons above, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) by phone or email. You may then be asked to fax us confirmation of you details, change the delivery address, confirm by post your billing address or use different card details. We cannot be held responsible for any delay on your goods and the order will not be considered confirmed until you have verified your details with us.

The terms and conditions described here do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
